Melody And Her Husband Terry, A General Contractor, Are Both Natives Of Bend And Knows The Area Well. Beginning As A Loan Processor In The 1980’S, Melody Then Became A Real Estate Assistant For 6 Years Prior To Becoming A Licensed Realtor In 1996. She Has A Strong Background In New Construction, Working With Several Contractors To Get Their Projects Sold. Melody Is Very Involved With Residential Investment Properties As Well. With The Help Of Her Husband, They Own & Manage Their Own Rental Properties. She Is Currently Serving Her Third Year On The Board Of Directors At The State Level For The Central Oregon Association Of Realtors. Melody & Her Husband Also Have Two Teenage Children That Attend A Local High School. She Is Consistently A Multi-Million Dollar Producer That Is Involved And Knows The Business.
